I apologize for the delay; the trip from one side of the country to the other has been a bit more than I planned. I want to thank LeBlanc Trailer Sales for maintaining a complete inventory of axle parts on the shelf so that I would be able to get back on the road in the shortest period. If the parts were not in stock, I would have been off the road for at least a week, if not longer.

"Just in time shipping" is a business model followed by amateurs to circumnavigate inventory taxes, prolong additional repair times, and may work for the local Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Caterpillar Cummins, Detroit Diesel, or the John Deere dealer.

After spending three decades plus in the service industry, I have seen this "Just in time shipping" play out at multiple distributors compared to the dealers who know the profession. These dealers are the professional organizations that know from first-hand experience what is needed to keep people and companies moving. Still, more importantly, the dealer knows their client far better than a manufacturer ever will, be it a business client or a personal client. Without this professional performance from LeBlanc, I would have been down for a far longer period of time, missing multiple deadlines.

The installation services provided by **** ****** & Son to remove the failed axles and install the new axles verified the assembly of the replacement axles. From there, the installation and adjustments were made successfully, and I could get back on the road as soon as possible.
