The Rule also requires that, when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer's consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped. Report fraud, scams, and bad business practices at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or their phone number is 877-382-4357. You may also contact your financial institution or credit card company to report your transaction as fraud and request a refund. Contact your state's Attorney General's Office and/or the La Attorney General's office, and file a complaint with their Consumer Protection Division, and contact FBI's ic3.gov for internet fraud. On May 1, 2022 BBB completed the investigation and found that this online shopping site is a phishing scam. We recommend that consumers always research any online businesses by contacting their BBB first.
