              Insuramatch worker ********************* (AVP of Operations) ** License number: ******* Agency number: ******* phone#: ************** Has told me in numerous emails, he would help me with a problem regarding my driver's licenses being suspended, I'm currently under a FRA suspension due to insuramatch not giving me proper documentation. He refuses to call me or respond to my emails. He said he would give me the contact information for ************** at insuramatch so I could ask them some questions but also has failed to do so. People like me use insuramatch to save money on car insurance. I'd like a proper response with his legal teams Information.

              Worst customer service and business practice I have ever experienced. This is the first review I have ever written. Took a week to get insurance cards after being repeatedly lied to and talked to so rudely by *******************************. I bought a truck on Sunday. I called to get ID cards but they were wrong so I called back. Wrong again. Called back. Wrong again. Called back wrong again. It took 10+ phone calls of rude service. Never got correct cards so I called Allstate directly. The dealership that I bought the car from was threatening to take the car back because I couldnt get ID cards. ********************** switched my policy back to the vehicle I sold without me asking. I called Allstate and in **************************************** my email inbox. I literally spoke to everyone in the *************, ** office and no one could give me a straight answer or provide me with any help what so ever after providing my info 6 times. I am beyond frustrated at the service and how ********************* was when I was trying to get help and understanding of what was going on.
