      Ordered 1 roundtrip airline ticket from them August 1st 2024 for a September 14th flight . Arrived at the airport at 5 am on the day of flight only to learn the flight had been cancelled a few weeks prior. Immediately called the customer service number for **** Vacations. I was told that I had been informed that a man named '*****' had called me August 14th to inform me that the flight had been cancelled and that I had agreed to a new itinerary. This could not have happened as I was off-grid, without a cell signal camping in the mountains. (Plus I would have remembered speaking to a person named '*****' and had no memory of such. ) **** Vacations also told me I had approved an itinerary that would have had me departing a day later for an ovenight flight, which I would not have approved as the new itinerary would have interfered with time sensitive plans at my destination. I declined the alternative itinerary and requested a refund, which they said they would grant. 12 days out and I have yet to receive my refund. I called their customer service today and was (3 times) sent to voicemail where I was disconnected. Tried online chat who said they would call in ten minutes. One hour later no call so I tried online chat again. They said they tried to call but were sent to voicemail. No record on my phone of their call, (I was available the entire time) and no voicemail. The online chat went silent and I still have not received a call. (I did receive an email thanking me for my 'helpful feedback'.) **** Vacations owe me $615.02. Because of my canceled flight, my husband drove me *********************************************** time for my commitment. I then had to purchase a $1000+ one way flight to return home. I have filed a dispute and fraud claim through my credit card company and have changed my credit card. It has been 3 hours since I contacted **************** today and I do not yet have a response.

      On January 28th, 2024, I purchased airplane tickets through **** Vacations for 3 travelers via ****** Airlines. The confirmation I received from **** Vacations explicitly stated departure on the morning of April 16th, 2024 from RNO via NK2515 at 856am. I arrived at *** to check in at 7am on April 16th, 2024 and discovered my flight departed on April 15th, 2024. When I called ****** Airlines, they stated a change was made on February 10th, 2024, however I was never notified by **** Vacations of the change. I further confirmed the email they had on file for the booking was not mine, and was likely associated with **** Travel. This grievance is specifically for gross negligence and incompetence on the part of the travel agency, **** Vacations, which resulted in substantial inconvenience to my family, and time lost correcting the travel agent's mistakes. I am seeking full restitution of costs paid to **** Vacations in the amount of $204.08.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Attached is further evidence of my missed flight on the date specified on the original itinerary.

      Applied on Dec:27, 2023 for Umrah ( Islamic Pilgrimage to Mecca) registration. they confirmed and were going to get back. With no answers and no contact, I got hold of *****************************, their rep. in ******* on Jan 4, 2024. He was in ********* that time and I have copies of our communication via text, when he asked me to send $1,500.00 deposit as well copies of my passport, COVID vaccination, and I informed I already have **** for ************ to visit for Umrah.With no other contact, he told me that he will return to ******* on January 14th to process the travel plans. Not trusting him, I made arrangement to meet him personally at **** Travel company office at ******************************************************************* I found out they had no records,after long discussion I got frustrated, cancelled my plans of travel with them. He told me to send request for refund of my deposit by email to their head office in ******, which I did in his presence. I have been trying to contact him, their office in ******, by email, phone call and sent registered letter with copies of documents requesting refund. I do not want anything else to do with them just my deposit back; of which I have records from my bank ***** Fargo. THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER CONTACT EVER EXCEPT ******************, HIS NUMBER IS ************** Please help. Thank you

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

      Even before I have called their number several times, no answer, I have sent emails, no response and I have sent registered mail with copies of my text communication with *****************************, the only person ever contacted and I met him in the company's ******* ******* He has not answered any message either.

      I shall make PDF documents of my communication with ****************** as well as will get the records from the ***** ********** showing the money transfer. I shall forward these documents when ready to BBB. Thanks

      Booked travel through this company's website. Was sent a confirmation email, then an email requesting I go through their "verification process" which meant I needed to send them a copy of my driver's license and credit card. Of course they couldn't explain to me WHY they needed this information, nor WHY my purchase hadn't been processed. This "business" seems fraudulent. If not a fraud, they dont know what they're doing.

      This travel agency has used my identity to fraudulently purchase a one way trip from ************* *** to ********************** flight date 1.05.2024 . I received a confirmation via email of the flight from American Airlines 8.27.2023. I got the information from the airline (American Airlines ) about who purchased this ticket fraudulently with my information- name - including full middle name- current address- and Correct Date of Birth. I reached out to the business but would not respond to me on the phone. I called the airline and canceled the trip. This trip was then booked again for 6.24.2024. I was able to cancel online at American Airlines website. Now the trip has been booked again for 6.24.2023. The airline will not let me cancel again- says I have to go through the travel agency. I have paid nothing - but my personal information is being used fraudulently. If someone were to board this plane on this trip, it would appear that *** left the country on a one-way to ********* on june 24,2024. Further confusing is why would they want the email confirms to be sent to my email address? This alerts me to the entire scam. The American Airlines confirm number is : XLXXKI

      I HAVE been in contact with the travel agent. However, there has been no resolution. They want to issue me flight credits to use with them on a future flight. But Ive been very clear that I do not want to do business with them and expect a full refund. Im waiting for them to respond to the latest email restating this directive.

      Hello, We are a wholesaler and have not dealt with this client directly. We are not sure, how their personal information was used by one of our clients. We are happy to connect them directly with the client so they can sort this out. I believe one of our associates has already been in touch with them, and they are working it out.

      I bought a Airline ticket to travel...then COVID 19 hit so I could not travel(March, 2020).....I started contacting **** Travel agent in January/February, 2021.....FOR TICKET, or REFUND....been on this back and forth till November2022...first, she could "not find the ticket..... and in November, 2022, she said that she CANNOT DO anything.... that the ticket DOES NOT SHOW ** in her system...... I am attaching the documents I have about this and NEED my money REFUNDED -ASAP!!!

      Hello, 

      This is our client. They purchased tickets in 2020 to travel. They never contacted us to request any exchange or refund until two years later. We contacted the *************** to request  refund or credit and they denied because the value of the ticket had expired. 

       

      We can provide the correspondence with the airlines to show their denial.

      I've been trying to confirm a travel booking with them for almost a week now, and have not been able to get through to them. I'm concerned that this is a scam because every time I have called, I have been forwarded to some imaginary boss or supervisor, who has never picked up the phone.

      This complain is very vague. It is unclear where the client made the booking. All of our offices and their contact information are available on our website. In addition we have customer care available via email. 

       

      If the client could provide a bit more detail, as to whom they dealt with, which office, we would be happy to help resolve any issue they may have.

      I have been struggling to track down a refund that is due to me for quite some time now. It is worrying me that I am not being acknowledged. The refund for 2 tickets, totalling $2010.40 was processed by ****** Airlines to Adam Travel Services *** on the 27th of April 2022. A customer support agent by the name of **** has been providing me with support via FB messenger and has been the only person to respond to me so far. She has directed me to a ****************** who said he would look into it, but I have heard nothing back from him for months now.The refund for the 2 tickets, totalling $2010.40, were processed in cash to the Adam Travel Services branch in ******** by ****** airlines. I would like for this refund to be reverted back to me as soon as possible. It has been almost 5 months now since the refund was successfully processed to **** Travel.

      This is a perfect example of the majority of complaints we have to deal with. 

      The customer purchased a ticket from our Sub Agent TTN. We are a wholesaler. They are supposed to deal directly with TTN for all refunds and issues. That is a separate company that buys from us, and we in turn purchase from the airlines. When the client calls the airlines they direct them to us, because we are the company that deals with the Airlines directly. However, the client knows who they purchased the ticket from, I do not understand why they do not direct all complaints and issues to that company directly. 

      The Client is indeed due a refund that we received in June 2022. We credited our Sub Agent TTN with those funds, as they were the retail client who purchased from us. We contacted TTN and alerted them of this issue, I assume they should be processing the refund for the client shortly. However, the client needs to speak with them directly to expedite the issue.
