    I have never dealt with any treatment like this from any reputable business. I financed a car from them on 11/19/22 as I write this review it is 12/23/22 and I still do not have my vehicle in my possession. I waited until 12/8/22 for them to finally register the car and have it in my possession (they wont let you register it yourself) 12/9/22 the engine cuts off when the car is idle. Im concerned but I thought Ill just bring it back to them to check it out because Im still under warranty. I call first and **** answered and was argumentative saying the car didnt have issues while in their possession and was going back and forth with me. I tell him Im not going to argue with him because the car clearly has issues and I will bring the car in for him to see it. I stop by autozone to get a diagnosis and 2 codes came up immediately. I drop off the car on Monday, 12/12/22 and gave the dealership a copy of the diagnosis. I call on Saturday 12/17/22 to get an update and they claim the car is with a *** specialist yet they still dont know whats wrong with the car by now. At this point, Im more than concerned and now frustrated because its been almost a month dealing with them and still no car! Instead of reassuring me, **** was still argumentative going back and forth with me and I was disgusted by his customer service. I put money in their hands and expected great service and to drive away happy not to argue with a salesman about a car that was clearly defective. I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for my monthly payment because I havent been able to enjoy having my vehicle at all during this month. They agreed to reimburse me verbally but when asked for it in writing they never sent the email or text they said they would. 12/23/22 I call to get another update, at least a timeframe and Im told they still dont know what is wrong with the car or when it will be ready. Now I just want my money back, this has a been terrible experience, please run from this place.
