      Summer of 2022 Radium Air Conditioning installed a central air conditioner, for $8,800,00, personal check. Then summer of 2023 my air conditioner was blowing hot air. I called Radium three times, getting this message, "please leave a detailed message and will guarantee a return call within 24 hours. I never received a call back in over three months. Nobody ever answered the phone. I had to call my appliance insurance provided, "HomeServe". They responded immediately. ** less than 24 hours, my a/c was back to full operation. A technician came to my house only to find the problem as being the circuit breaker was in the off position.Radium Air Conditioning is a company in ruins. After some research, I came to find out I was way over charged. The Air conditioner and installation should have not exceeded $5,000.00.I would like a rebate from them for my issues. I emailed them with no reply for three months.Businesses in ******* should not be run this way. Two men installed the system in 10 hours on one day, with 2 people.I believe I was given a one year warranty.Thank You,*************************************

      Hi ***-  I apologies that you had an electrical issue that caused your A/C system to not function properly.  You had reached in April when we had not had our ******* on for the season yet and I am sorry we didn't get to you as quickly as needed.  

      As for the system pricing, this is something we reviewed and discussed.  I am not sure where you got $5,000 however I would certainly come by to discuss with you or even jump on a call.

      Please let me know if I can pay for your service call to rest your circuit breaker.

      *** Customers system is under warranty however, he had an electrical panel issue non related to the Air Conditioner.
