    Worst Management Of any company I've ever worked with. I made a reservation to bring a date to a Love Bird class a week out. That very next day, less than 24 hours after booking, the date broke it off. So I reached out to the company... Explained my situation to them and that I really wasn't trying to make love birds. Was told I can't get a refund but I can reschedule. Cool. That's fair enough. I wasn't going to go. It would've been too much for me to handle. But a friend recommended I reach out to the company to see if they can put me into another class instead. Worth a shot. It's Saturday morning, the reservation is Sunday afternoon, so I know it's cutting it close. But I reach out and ask and am told no they can't reschedule and no they can't move me to another class. I replied asking that they had previously said I could reschedule and now I can't? Turns out I was 2 hours INSIDE of the cancellation policy, so they should've been fine. 26 hours before, when their policy is 24. I know it's a **** move and I didn't feel great about it, but sometimes people are compassionate and understanding. What happened instead? The owner called me, ******* me out for 5 minutes about how I'm inconveniencing him and his business and on and on. Literally insulting me. I explained that I was TRYING to keep my business with him and he was making that hard. He responded he will be just fine without my business and to leave any review I want. I hadn't even mentioned a review, but ask and you shall receive. All they had to do was reschedule me like they said they would and should and I probably would've been a repeat customer! I love glass art! But unfortunately, I cannot recommend going here at all. Extremely rude management.
