    BALISE **** HYANNIS REFUSES TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX VEHICLE WITH PROBLEM UNDER WARRANTY On April 22, 2024, we took a 2021 **** Escape with ****** miles and still under Basic Warranty.Over the next few weeks, we received the response that the vehicle was undergoing testing, awaiting a response from **** engineers, and/or waiting for parts. After weeks without any communication, we contacted them, and by coincidence, the vehicle was ready that very day.We waited 130 days, and then, on August 30, 2024, with an incredible 11 more miles on the dashboard (****** Mi), the car was delivered to us with the same problem, now even more noticeable.The way this dealership treats its customers borders on ridiculous. Eight sheets of diagnosis and services performed were delivered. You may occasionally find the same texts on different pages, which gives us the impression that everything was done on the same day to make it seem like they worked on the *********** can a vehicle be serviced for 130 days, only drive 11 miles, and return with cobwebs between the steering wheel and windshield? The car was also delivered completely dirty, and the front license plate fell because of 1 missing s**** Was this vehicle indeed diagnosed and serviced?Today, 09/30/2024, the vehicle is no longer under Basic Warranty, and its issue is worse than when it was left at the Balise **** dealership in Hyannis, MA. Luckily, it still has a Powertrain warranty.There are no answers for an acceptable diagnosis. Given the problem, the service *** told us this would be the expected operation of a 10-speed transmission. Is that the case, ****?When we suggested a test drive with the service *** or mechanic, the suggestion was denied. We drove the vehicle again and noticed the issue, which no mechanic or **** employee could detect.I'll give Balise **** the option to have the vehicle ***aired and receive a rental car while I wait for the issue to be resolved instead of fighting for it in Court.
