            Management staff appears to have a lack of prioritization for food safety or customer service. This also goes against what the restaurant states on it's website "Since it's inception, KHOP has provided friendly customer service and quality home-cooked meals. For over thirty years, KHOP still remains constant to these standards. Enjoy the experience in every bite you take!" I witnessed low standard, bad tasting undercooked food that my son and I received from this restaurant with absolutely no apology from the management staff, after bringing up food safety concerns and simply asking for a remake. The Manager's attitude and statements suggested I wasn't truthful and stated she wanted me to pay for the remake, with no guarantee for food safety on the remake and suggested it wasn't her problem to begin with. I still had the meal to show her I was in fact truthful which she declined and stated there's nothing she can do other than for me to pay for a remake.This tells me that money matters over food safety and also raises ethics concerns. My family and I have no desire to return to this restaurant.
