I went to have an inspection and was told that it would not pass because the service engine light was on and would need to repair it first, so I agreed to leave the car to repair the service engine light, 3 days later I pick up the car and was told by the mechanic the car is fixed but still does not pass inspection because I would first need to drive it for 100 miles in order to reset. I paid over $900.00 and got in my car and notice a very strong g oder of gasoline, i got off the car and asked the mechanic about it to wich he replied- I forgot to leave the windows down but failed to tell me that gasoline was spilled under the rear seats. The very next day I turned my car on and the service engine light was back on, I immediately drove right back to ***** where I was told by the mechanic in a rude way that I would have to pay more money for a fuel pump in order to "finish the job" shrugged his shoulders and walked away, all though when I picked up the car the day before he said it was all set. I then turned to the owner explain the situation and he too shrugged his shoulders and in a rude tone said let him" finish the job" I said I already paid to have the job finished and he told me to get out ! They are unprofessional careless disrespectful to customers AFTER they take your money. I &M puts PROFITS OVER ***************** satisfaction.

I went to have an inspection ,I went with my wife .Waiting in the waiting area the owner came in with my third brake light bulbs in his hand and said I need to pay 30 dollars ,I said I never gave permission to change my bulbs ,I did a walk around before I went there and my third brake light worked fine . I told him to put my lights back and give me my car he was a thief. He then told me to go F&*k myself and I was a D**KHEAD I have the power and now I fail you! He refused to pull my car out continued to degrade me ,asked my wife how can she stay with me ,this was my FIRST time there ,I told him not to speak to my wife ,then the gas attendant came over and got in my face saying he would lay me out . ***** was his name the owner said people like me give ******* a bad name and SPIT at my feet ,and that **************** my mother.. qhen he finally brought my car out he was revenge the motor u asked him to stop he then floored it ,I believe to damage it. As I got in my car the owner and Gas attendant ***** put their arms im my window to keep me there ,I was told by ***** he makes more money than me ? This was the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and degrading place I have EVER been to.Spoke with the police ,there seems to be a constant problem with him .and the garage. I took my car to another garage 20 min later had to pay for another inspection but well worth it! He even cleaned the area where I&M left all the glue from last sticker ,not a spot on it very proffessional service .Please look into this Aweful garage and save people the harassment from them and overcharging. And as for ***** im quiet sure he makes a lot less than me !

I went to get my car inspected and it didnt pass because of the exhaust, I got it fixed the same day and came back to fix my sticker and the owner got really upset right away he told me to leave and started getting really disrespectful calling me all types of names, racist slurs, he called the police and lie telling them that I was harassing him and calling him names when it was the other way around. I ask him to fix my sticker I was willing to come back the next day but her didnt even have me a chance so I decided to wait for the police and tell my side of the story, I payed this guys for my inspection they have to fix it for me for free so I did wanted to speak to the police. This individual fallowed me outside and got fiscally aggressive going up to my husband in a threatening way. So I spoke to the police wile he laugh behind him , the police officer explain to me that they have been having a lot of problems with this business and he knows how he is and he offered me to call them back so they can be there for me when I come back to fix my inspection. He told me to make a complain here and BBB. I will not go back and I will pay for my inspection all over again cause I dont want to go back.

went here to get my inspection done and because of how my boyfriend and I parked our car. the old dude has called my boyfriend a b**** and threw my car keys outside in the snow. he repeatedly called me a w**** and a b**** and almost swung at my boyfriend with a bat. terrible service and the most disrespectful people ever. you guys are fools BTW THEY ARE RACIST TOO!!
