I went to have an inspection and was told that it would not pass because the service engine light was on and would need to repair it first, so I agreed to leave the car to repair the service engine light, 3 days later I pick up the car and was told by the mechanic the car is fixed but still does not pass inspection because I would first need to drive it for 100 miles in order to reset. I paid over $900.00 and got in my car and notice a very strong g oder of gasoline, i got off the car and asked the mechanic about it to wich he replied- I forgot to leave the windows down but failed to tell me that gasoline was spilled under the rear seats. The very next day I turned my car on and the service engine light was back on, I immediately drove right back to ***** where I was told by the mechanic in a rude way that I would have to pay more money for a fuel pump in order to "finish the job" shrugged his shoulders and walked away, all though when I picked up the car the day before he said it was all set. I then turned to the owner explain the situation and he too shrugged his shoulders and in a rude tone said let him" finish the job" I said I already paid to have the job finished and he told me to get out ! They are unprofessional careless disrespectful to customers AFTER they take your money. I &M puts PROFITS OVER ***************** satisfaction.
