    DCU has just integrated a new phone system and we are continually updating our digital banking and mobile
    banking applications to meet the demands of today’s digital banking customer. 

    DCU is consistently reviewing our systems to ensure that we can deliver services that meet or exceed our Members’ expectations.

    DCU maintains a complaint management program that ensures that each BBB complaint and other complaints are investigated and analyzed.

    All fees and charges on billing statements are disclosed as required by state and federal law and regulation.

    As part of our complaint management program, DCU reviews trends, spotlights and escalates issues, such as process breakdowns, inefficiencies, and system issues, and resolves such issues to prevent continuing negative impact to our members.

      never tend to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to inform the public about DCU Credit Union. I opened a savings account with *** and signed in to connect my personal checking account to my *** savings account. The transaction appeared to have gone through smoothly; I even received email confirmations from *** and my personal bank confirming its success. The next day, when I attempted to log in to my *** savings account to ensure the funds were there, I couldn't log in. I called customer service for help, but they advised me to wait for a letter in the mail without any idea of when it would be sent. After a week or two, I called back and received the same advice. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but the customer service representative claimed he was the supervisor. The letter arrived after more than a month, informing me that they had closed my account due to mishandling. I called again to ask for an explanation of how I had allegedly mishandled my account. I was treated as though I didn't matter, with no explanations given, even after calling corporate. To this day, I have no idea what I did wrong. *** lacks a level of respect towards people that, to me, is unacceptable and disturbing. I don't know about anybody else, but nobody has the right to accuse you of doing something wrong without telling you what it was! Just be careful with ***!
