This company is a bully. I am waiting for their recorded calls they claim to record. They are rude, unprofessional and should be investigated. They have never sent me a print out with all fees all payments I have mad. Nothing. Why do I have to keep asking for receipts? Its strange for them to wont hold it. They dont have access to it online. I cant change my address, make a oayment, or see any past payments. This place is a scam! Ive spoken to ******* who is completely useless employee, I am still waiting for a manager to call me. I paid off my car and have not received my title. They claim I owe $62 when I paid it off! Your useless rep told me the amount 3x! I I want those recordings! I paid what she told me! This place is the most unprofessional place it should be closed. No one is trained. Well versed or caring. No one gives a crap! They bully you harass you lock you out of your account, and dont you dare say its not true because I have been blocked out and I have recorded proof of being locked out! At this point Im recording them just like they claim to record me. ************* is a 2 party consent state, if I tell you Im recording I can record! So here I am waiting for a manager to call me back, send me all my fees and payments, the two recordings that they claim to have and my title and well of course no one cares! They locked me out of my account. No one has called me and no one has sent anything. Its so odd. I have written a letter to attorney general as well Because this place should be investigated, all calls should be listened to and I can guarantee what they are doing is predatory and illegal. If you want payment why would you lock them out, They lock you out! I am waiting for a manger to call me Becuase my next step is to go in there and call the police! I would stay away from this place! Look up your company you do business with. I cant be the only person they do this to, I want my title and I want it now!Business response

*** disagrees with the customers allegations of bullying and harassment. Customer was quoted a payoff, said payoff was archived in the system, but she paid an amount short of what was quoted. We went to review the phone conversation between the customer and the *** representative, but a system error occurred, and we were unable to retrieve the file. We have decided to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and have waived the remaining balance, the account is now considered to be paid in full. We have requested that the registry of motor vehicles issue the title to the vehicle to the customer, and we have also mailed out the original contract marked Paid in Full. I believe our response satisfies the customer s demand.Customer response

It is quite comical that the Lender branch manager STILL has NOT called me, for this reason I REJECT their response. They failed to provide me the documents and recordings I asked for as well as my title. The branch manager has time to respond on here but not at the actual branch? I have called and left messages and emails and no calls.
i asked multiple times for them to call me. They refused to provide me with the managers first and last name. for what reason? i dont know. perhpas because the lender is predatory? I asked for my statement of payments and pay off and still havent received it. they are quick to harass me but cant send me my title.
They are quick to respond on here? nice job. they claim to record their calls? I am STILL waiting for those recorded calls *** is deceitful and what they do here is illegal. They dont have my recorded calls because they never record them or ANYONES CALLS. I KNEW THEY WOULD SAY THIS. I just knew it, that is why I challenged them. I know how this works guys. You dont record calls, that would cost money.
this is a predatory lender. I am sure people will begin to notice that this company will not furnish any type of billing or statements on their online website. and they lock you out of that online website so youre not able to make payments. how does that help? that is illegal. YOU cant lock customers out of their accounts I contacted the attorney general. I will not give up until this place is investigated again. under the freedom of information act I will get to the bottom of this. I will find out if this company does this to other customers as well and what information I am able to dig through. if you dontlock customers out of their own accounts, why when I have called to ask about it, it is somehow working again? admit to locking customers out of their accounts. admit you dont reord any phone calls.
i could and still cant see records of when I apy my loan because they lock me out. . I couldnt even change my address. They literally lock you out and when you call them theres someone always willing to be rude. I told you guys already, " when youre rude, its easier to fuel me" That means I get ***************** too. thatworks for me. *** If the branch manager didnt call me how does the manager have information to write this response? your rep by the name of ******* repeated that amount to mr, i didnt make it up, i asked her 3-4 timse the amount i owed to pay of my car because i was SICK and TIRED of even talking to any of them. and they are lucky i was in florida and not available to visit that branch, i was definately calling the police.
I will accept their response when I See MY TITLE i PAID FOR in my hands ASAP. I wonder how long that is going to take? This place is the most unprofessional lender there is. The only reason the manager has responded on here is because i threatened to show up with the police, ***, and contact their CEO. I still plan to contact their CEO and everyone listed on their website. The letter is ready to go out. This predatroy lending NEEDS to END. they should honestly be closed down. LAst time i dealt with a predatory lender they paid me back my whole car plus interest. I got a free car. the Checks weresent right to my address. I enjoy lawsuits, That is the only way to win. in court. I will wait to see my title ASAP. and my statement of billing and all interest fees, i have asked for it tobe mailed and emailed, but when i asked for it to be emailed, of course there was nothing attached. completely useless employees there, this is clerical work ***. clerical.
stop harassing customers and stop bullying customers. it is illegal ***. illegal.
send me my title and send me my billing summary. iwont keep asking for it, I dont want to show up in person.

A manager did return your call and left you a voicemail. Your title and contract was sent to you on January 4, 2022, you should have received those documents by now. A copy of your payment history had already been provided to you, but I have attached another copy.
