I had signed up for the Tier 4 class which ended for me in April 2024. The school itself worked for me as far as how they designed the homework and tests but I found their late policy very strict, especially with the fact that most plumbing companies have late nights here and there. Fast forward to the end of the second semester when I was supposed to take my final exam. I found myself in a situation that I knew I was going to be late to the final exam so I contacted the Auditer before the class started to let them know I was going to be late for the exam. Their response was It's Exam night. This is the Exam ******* you will not be let in after 6pm. I will was unable to take the exam and when my final report card came in via email I was told I didnt meet the criteria to pass (>70% overall grade) and that I would have to retake the Tier. Although the email said they would help me out with the retake process, I have contacted them multiple times and have gotten no response from anyone at the Plumbing Academy. Now I am setback a year from getting my license and its pretty disappointing that a school like that is quick to charge you $1600 for a class and not follow up with any help a student needs for their future and profession

      - I paid $1500 to the plumbing academy for my tier 5 Plumbing course - I began classes, all was good until one night I had a question about the homework and texted the auditor - in a normal school they probably would of started by saying ask your teacher but this school did not - he made me beg only to eventually lie to me and say he wasnt my auditor - the next night was school and as I was signing in I noticed it was 6 and class hadnt started - this was alarming but I thought maybe something had happened so I gave it a minute - now with obvious technical difficulties I texted the owner of the school who was also a auditor - he not only caused me to be to late to join but now that because I shouldve texted the auditor before 6(before the class would be unlocked) - so after a polite conversation of me begging for any form of help he basically called and said to bad for you, you have to pay $100 for missing class and well keep your certificate until you pay it and make up a class 6 months after the end of this tier putting me a year and a new code late to take my test - I said this was unacceptable and that the person that I was supposed to text lied causing me not to text him - *************** the one I had been texting with decided to call to keep things out of writing and said hed call me on Monday - about 5 minutes later the wife of my teacher called, introduced herself as such with tha last name st-****** and said I was slow, I was confused, and you shouldnt have to get your mommy to help you talk, your over 18 - when I wouldnt admit I was wrong she then said we have the write to terminate any student, said good luck and hung up - Im now asking for the BBB help, because this has completely derailed my life and any potential of taking my test before the code change in September, which will cause me to relearn a new code book to get my license a minimum of 6 months late all because I wouldnt say she was right (Passed2/4 hw due to work/notime)
