            Been going there since 2017. So we get a new yorkie puppy. The first shots on the puppy cost 150. No problem because they went through all the charges before doing anything to our puppie. On our puppies follow up visit the technician came in and explained the cost for this visit. About 108$. Or so I thought. When we checked out our bill for that day was 271$. The 108$ amout was for our next visit not this visit. I was pissed that they always go over the bill before they work on your dog. Why are they telling me about the bill for a possible future visit. They called that nite wanting to schedule our next visit. We told them there won't be any next visit and we told them why. They only care about the money and pretend to even care about your loved pet. And our puppy yelped real loud twice for her shots. The first shots on the first visit she never made a peep. Never going back there again.
