This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the worst service I have ever experienced. From their managers to the staff, no one cares about the guests' feelings or even safety! Am I going through this because I am Asian and they are racist?I hadn't checked out yet when someone from the hotel broke into my room. When I returned to my room, I found the door open, the sheets piled in the corner, and my Apple air pods missing. Later I checked the location of the headphones and found that someone had taken them home. I could see from my phone that someone was using them. I called the front desk, and they said the air pods were in the hotel, but they weren't. I said I could see the location, and the front desk was obviously panicked. I knew she was with the thief. I told the front desk to call the police, and the thief immediately sent the air pods back to the hotel, and I could see the whole process.I asked to speak to the manager, but after two days, no one contacted me and I couldn't find the manager. The front desk even hung up on me rudely. I asked to return the headphones, but they asked me to pay for the postage! With such attitude and service, I was even worried that they would only send me a used toilet paper!When I booked the room, I thought the negative reviews on ****** were fake, but I didn't expect them to be 100% true. These are all personal experiences of customers who have been deceived and insulted.This has not been resolved, I have not been able to contact anyone and the air pods have not been returned to me, even though they are there! They meant something to me and they ruined my holiday, ruined everything!!!!Review from Mark C

Would give zero stars if possible, a all around terrible hotel with multiple hazards, numerous code violations, and very poor housekeeping/maintenance, the staff isn't helpful and just tells you what you want to hear. My girlfriend and I have found paraphernalia and a ******** vape in the room, even a *** toy behind the bed. We weren't offered anything after complaining, the employee ****** is very disrespectful and childish. after these complaints our AC started leaking, it's been nearly 2 months and it still hasn't been fixed. When I asked for another room I'm told they're at full capacity despite the parking lot being half empty. They haven't sent a maintenance man, multiple times a day we dump put a bucket of AC water and constantly go through towels. we have children in the room and my daughter drank the leaky water... I'm very upset with the lack of accommodation and respect given by the staff. I haven't been offered anything for all the trouble. My girlfriend is sick of cleaning up the water, it's not her mess or responsibility. When I complained the employee raised his voice at me and then accused me of drinking because of our heated conversation.Review from Levi E

**Important Warning Before You Book!**Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. I wish I had slept in my car insteadit would have been a far better experience. Where do I even begin? As soon as we walked into our room, we opened the mini fridge to find leftover food from the previous guests, a clear sign that the room had not been cleaned properly. The carpets throughout the entire hotel were stained and filthy, and the foul odor that other guests have mentioned? Its real, and it hits you the moment you step inside.The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring us to sign what felt like a mountain of paperwork, almost as if we were buying a car. No other hotel weve stayed at has ever required this. And lets talk about the outrageous feesthey charge you for everything, and its way more than any reasonable hotel ********* onto the amenities, or should I say the lack thereof. The hot tub was broken, filled with dirty, stagnant water, and the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The entire place is falling aparthandles are broken, outlets dont work, and most of the lights in our room were out. Its clear that maintenance is not a priority here.But the worst part of all? The front desk staff. From the moment we walked in, we were met with judgmental stares. They openly gossiped and made snide remarks in another language while looking directly at us, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was clear they were talking about us, and it was beyond ***************** top it all off, the owners response to every negative review is the same, a generic copy-paste reply that shows he has no interest in actually addressing the problems or improving the hotel. He clearly doesnt care about the guests or the terrible state of his property.This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. Price gouging and taking advantage of fire victims displaced. They doubled there prices due to people being displaced by the fire. No *** available rooms.Review from Rebekah L

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked a room here for my husband and daughter because he was driving her to **********************. I wanted them to have a place to stay when they got there and be able to visit with my sister. The lady at the front was very rude. She first harassed my sister in the parking lot because she was awaiting their arrival, which was a few minutes away. After my husband checked in, as they were walking in the room the phone rang. It was the lady at the front desk demanding to know who was in the room. It was as if the woman was stalking them on the camera as if they were there doing something illegal. Im fairly certain this hotel has cameras inside the hotel rooms, although my husband did not even stay long enough at that moment to check. He did call law enforcement with that concern though. Profiled them as illegals and criminals because they are Mexican. It was so horrible my husband and daughter left because they didnt feel safe there and felt like they were being watched/spied on. They went to find another hotel promptly. What a waste of money for that experience. Such horrible criminals.An Army retired veteran taking our daughter to college and visiting with her aunt. WOW. I read a review tonight before writing this from someone else with a similar experience to which the owner replied that they didnt believe the person even stayed there based off their name. WOW. Ridiculous. I will probably get the same reply considering my name on ****** is not my current last name nor was the name of the person that checked in. As I said, I booked this room in advance for my husband who drove three days from *****. Expecting to check in and relax and instead had this experience. Shameful. Whats the point of talking to a manager/owner. They clearly condone this kind of customer service and let their employees treat people this way based off their reply to the other persons review.Review from Mary B

This hotel practices witch craft on their customers, they have a voodo doll hanging above their lobby door. They collect personal items in order for them to possess customers, I left my pillow in the room went back to get my personal belongings and its no where to be found. They said they would look for it they keep giving me or trying to give me someone else's pillow. I had a white quilted pillow and they keep trying to give me a different one Americas best value in and suites in ************** should be shut down I fear for the safety on other people and all their other locations they own as well! Shady business, had no hours displayed online or in person. Wasted $70 to show up at 12:30 pm to an empty office and no access to my room I had booked after 9 1/2 hours of traveling. I received a confirmation email from booking.com that states Knights Inn would try and accommodate my arrival time. They are saying they never confirmed so theres nothing they can do. However I was never informed of any business hours and wouldnt have booked with them if I would have known theyd be closed at the time of my arrival. They marked my stay as a no show even though I was there at the time I selected for my booking. Nobody called me to inform me of there hours its extremely unprofessional and I bet they get a lot of people money this way. I deserve back my $70 for a room I didnt even have the opportunity to stay in. They were so unhelpful I wish I could rate them a 0 stars.Review from Deanna H

The worst hotel Ive ever been to!! If it werent 1:30 in the morning and I had other options, I wouldve left. Doors were broken, furniture was soiled, and it looked like homeless people were sleeping there. We had to use our suitcases to close the bedroom door and were scared. Ive shared the pictures and the comments are awful. I am going to try to get refunded. Worst experience ever!!!! Dont stay there!!!!Review from Kathryn W

Our room, 314, had no A/C and no working phone. We asked for a new room and was told they'd bring us a new key. 20 minutes later, I went to the desk to ask WTH and was met with **** who gave zero cares. Got the new key, 318, no A/C. Went back to the desk, was given a key to 117 and when I unlocked the door, there was someone asleep in the bed! Got another key, 149, still no A/C. Manager refuses to return my calls.Review from Tony R

First of all their advertisement online with Booking.com states if they have a pool, they dont have a pool. Its a Jacuzzi and they dont have a *******. Its down because theyre have construction second I was asked to pay a $50 security deposit for my animal now theyre denying me back my $50 security deposit for my animal normally when I travel to country because Im a truck driver its $100 deposit so when he told me it was a $50 deposit I jumped on it and paid it with cash because it was the cheapest Ive ever heard across the country.
