This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the worst service I have ever experienced. From their managers to the staff, no one cares about the guests' feelings or even safety! Am I going through this because I am Asian and they are racist?I hadn't checked out yet when someone from the hotel broke into my room. When I returned to my room, I found the door open, the sheets piled in the corner, and my Apple air pods missing. Later I checked the location of the headphones and found that someone had taken them home. I could see from my phone that someone was using them. I called the front desk, and they said the air pods were in the hotel, but they weren't. I said I could see the location, and the front desk was obviously panicked. I knew she was with the thief. I told the front desk to call the police, and the thief immediately sent the air pods back to the hotel, and I could see the whole process.I asked to speak to the manager, but after two days, no one contacted me and I couldn't find the manager. The front desk even hung up on me rudely. I asked to return the headphones, but they asked me to pay for the postage! With such attitude and service, I was even worried that they would only send me a used toilet paper!When I booked the room, I thought the negative reviews on ****** were fake, but I didn't expect them to be 100% true. These are all personal experiences of customers who have been deceived and insulted.This has not been resolved, I have not been able to contact anyone and the air pods have not been returned to me, even though they are there! They meant something to me and they ruined my holiday, ruined everything!!!!
