*****, I'm sorry that you feel this way. I always put the dog's needs & comfort ahead of profits, so that is why I turned your dog away. He was very anxious & that is why I asked you to pick him up early. I didn't want to stress him out. I tried a few times to see if I could make progress with him, but ultimately found our environment was too much for such an anxious dog. That is why I recommended training.
In regards to the billing problem. Yes, I made a mistake & meant to charge you for half day rate after you had purchased the full day package. I charged you for the 4 half days the same day I issued your refund for the 10 pack. Credit card processes purchases immediately & refunds take a few days. That is beyond my control & pretty much standard wherever you go. So complaining the credit card company didn't send you your money right away isn't a fair or legitimate complaint. And saying I wanted to get "some money out of you" by trying to see if I could work your dog into daycare rather than giving up on day 1 isn't very fair either. I suppose you'd have rathered I just gave up on the first day? That's not me. I have gotten many dogs past their initial first day anxiety. I'm sorry yours wasn't one of them. This review is very unfair. My only mistake was charging you an extra $5 (x4) by accident, which you did receive the refund for.
