If I could manage a zero star rating that is what I would select. In fact, the ONLY positive with them is that they agreed to take the vehicle back. Upon driving off the lot after purchasing my sons 13 Sonata Hybrid, we found a major malfunction well before reaching our home. The issue is with the the hybrid system. Because the dealer was closed we continued towards our home and left the car in the lot at a ******* dealer in ********** to be checked out. They will only refund the cash price of the car and we are working towards getting back the sales tax from the state DOR, and part of registration fees from ******, but are stuck with interest from the loan and all other associated fees that we have to eat even though we had the car, physically in our possession for LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! They are awaiting the title to sell the car again, claiming that they have had the car examined by a ******* dealer and that there is nothing wrong with the car. The hybrid battery will not hold a charge, and I own the same year and model car with a lesser package, and had an issue with they hybrid system back in May that cost well over $1,000 to repair. There is something wrong with this vehicle and I can almost bet that you could get another complaint from the next buyer that ends up with this problem car. I am absolutely furious and sick over how this deal has gone down and is continuing without final resolution. I will highly recommend anyone I know from utilizing this dealer!!!!! Shameful
