            Dont recommend having your car serviced here. I brought my car in for a four-wheel alignment. They told me they couldnt undo the hardware necessary to align the rear. They charged me full price for a four-wheel alignment and they only align the front. I paid additional money with my own mechanic to have the hardware Loosened so they could finish the job and they want to charge me for a full four wheel alignment. I already paid for a four wheel alignment and only received half the work. Total rip off dont know how theyre still in business

            ******, We originally performed an alignment on your 2005 ****** Outback in August of 2023. At that time your rear suspension adjustments were seized. To prevent any damage to be caused to your vehicle we did not go any further with the adjustments and recommended the control arms. If you had gone to another mechanic and had the hardware loosed within 60 days we would have done a complimentary alignment. Unfortunately you waited 9 months before having this work done and requesting the alignment. We are sorry you are unhappy with this outcome. We try to treat all reasonable requests with compassion and understanding and pride ourselves on honesty and good ******* ship. We wish you luck in the future maintenance of your 19 year old vehicle.
