    I had high hopes for RxNT after an initial interview, where I felt the company was transparent and straightforward (unlike other EHR systems). After signing up with RxNT, I have had problem after problem after problem. Nothing has worked properly since I first signed up, not to mention the account rep they set you up with essentially does not help with anything but redirects your question to someone else, resulting in wasted time, more phone calls, more frustration. They put the onus on you to set up the entire system; so if you are not an IT expert, use a different one. All RxNT has been good for is basically a cloud storage system. Do NOT expect to get help or answers efficiently. The payment processor they set you up with (at an additional charge, of course), is also terrible, and they charged my checking account an unauthorized fee of $110 because of some ridiculous "assessment" that a third party (which was NEVER disclosed to me) sent and I did not fill out. Still did not authorize the fee! RxNT touts itself on "97% response rate" for their support line - though in my experience has been about 10-20% to reach a human being. Many tickets have to be created to fix glitches and problems, cluttering up my inbox, not to mention it is exceptionally frustrating to deal with multiple problems at all times. The hours I have put in to building my system could have been used elsewhere, for income generating activities, yet RxNT puts the onus on its clients to do the work themselves. I have yet to be trained properly on the billing system and was told that they just don't have the staff to do so. (Unacceptable.) If I could go back in time, would definitely not have chosen this company. Will look to switch after my year contract is up.

    RXNT places a high priority on transparency throughout the entire relationship with a customer. RXNT provides a guided onboarding experience that includes training, data imports (when the data can be provided by the client), and instructions on how to customize the system for the client's unique needs.

    While our records indicated that the client's implementation was complete, we did receive a request from the client for further training which has since been scheduled. The manager for our Onboarding department has also called the customer to determine what further assistance is needed. Based on the discussion, we've notified the customer that we will tailor the upcoming training to address the customer's specific points of frustration (managing claim rejections and posting payments).

    As it relates to payment processing, RXNT charges a per provider per month fee for access to payment processing within the RXNT system. These fees are outlined in our customer agreement. For access to payment processing via the merchant service processor, a contract between the customer and processor is required. While we appreciate the customer's frustration about the $110 charge from the merchant service processor, this is a fee that is charged by the processor when the client doesn't complete the assessment required for PCI compliance.

    RXNT has experienced significant growth, resulting in higher ticket volumes than what we've seen previously. This led to slower than normal response times. To improve response times, RXNT has increased hiring efforts and we are already seeing improvements.
