As shown on the attachment, I was given an emissions test extension date of 01 Feb 2023 (MD VEIP). On Jan 30 2023 my vehicle passed the test, yet I was charged a late fee of $150.00. At the moment it look as a warning reminder; but it was an actual charge despite being on time. Immediately, went to the local office to report that; but the local manager indicated she was unable to issue a refund ... that I had to contact the main office via phone. Have called multiple times and left messages as well as via email with no response (410 7372700). Next recourse will be a credit card dispute if your office can't help.
