THIS PLACE IS GROSS, NOT PROPERLY MANAGED, NOT COMPLIANT WITH REGULATIONS. SOMEONE CANNOT LIVE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS. I LIVED ON SILENT SHADOW COURT IN GLEN BURNIE IT WAS THE WORST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE The living conditions in their apartments were so bad, I immediately stopped paying, started staying with a family member and started saving for another place. They outright refused to fix anything wrong with my apartment. Water was coming from the utility room in my bed room. It destroyed my bedroom furniture from the carpet up. When I came back, It was so bad that a human could not stay in there. I refused to give them a dime until maintenance fixed the issues with that mysterious water coming from the utility closet, the outlets that are unusable, the hole in the window that was letting water into my living room. The only thing they fixed was to remove the paint they put in the peep hole. There was paint on things that didn't make sense to be painted on. I found a new type of bug each week. They would argue with me and tell me that I'm overreacting, while water trickled into my living room every time it rained. This was all during covid too. So, I get evicted, they disappear/steal my stuff. All my things that I have had for years just disappeared. Computers, hard drives, furniture, cash, everything. They didn't put it outside, they shipped it off somewhere and refused to tell me where after the fact. Then they come after me legally for their money. I refuse to dive them a dime. They owe me hundreds of thousands for stealing my entire life away from me. Things I had since I was a kid. Things that were left to me, expensive things are gone because of these people. Justice will find them one day.

I paid $25.00 for application to apply for a apartment at ******** ******* I change my mind and I told this lady name “Shae” that I do not want the apartment I’ll look somewhere else. I only seen a model anyway not the actual apartment because they claimed that they do not have the keys to let me see it . 3 days later they come up with this fake lease I did not know about someone from Henderson Webb forged my initials saying that I owe $11,000 and damages . I never stepped foot in that apartment so how do I owe ?!

I moved in May 2023 ... I have been dealing with roaches since I moved in.. The entire building has roaches. The residents have been dealing with roaches for the last couple of years. I have made numerous calls and I have written a letter to corporate. I just found out that the exterminators sprayed every apt in the building but mine... They are retaliating because I have complained,..... Dealing with roaches is bad enough the last couple of days I have been dealing with mice. I am terrified of mice... I need an exterminator asap. The light in the hallway has been out for a month I have difficulty getting into my apt because I can;t see. The front door lock is broke anyone can just walk in.. I have reported all of these issues.This apt complex is horrible. I don't want this to happen to someone else. I am taking them to court & I am contacting the news. I live in **** ***** *** Glen Burnie Md building ****.. I also contacted the health dept. They deserve a zero rating

Don’t come here. I’m moving out in August 2023. Henderson Webb don’t care about their residents. I have also left a review on ******. The managers are horrible. Customer service sucks. They pass on you maintenance complaints when and if they see fit. Find another company or buy a house if you can!

I wish I could give no stars! Terrible place to live I have tried everything to work with this company and get no response. There's is loud music in the buildings and all day all night on parking lot. Big party's and even one unit have a DJ! There's is rotting food left left in laundry room trash growing bugs and going through the ventilation , you can't even eat or drink in peace with out bugs flying into your food or drink. There's I rodents and roaches and ants , the a.c doesn't work correctly which causing electric bill to be higher and front window falling out. Molded caulk in the bathrooms. Floor separating in living room. Warer has a wierd color and smell to it. Constant banging under and around us. All this has been reported and I still get no replys. Run far away from this place ! Building next to us was set on fire twice in 2 months , shooting next door to us . I want to leave ! And should not be held accountable on no parts . It's a breach of lease quiet enjoyment of property. You email them you get no reply .

I am a new tenant at Hendersen Webb in Essex the property manager is horrible. She told me that my son can not come on the property or use my address for a mailing address she told me that she will put me out if he doesn't change his address and that he will be considered trespassing if he come on the property also that if I get sick he can't come on the property to take me to the hospital or visit because he has a record she forces me to sign and notarize a letters interference to my son changing his address and not being aloud on the property or I had weeks to get out maintenance comes in and out of my house without me knowing . After I sent emails and called asking them to let me know prior to them coming they cut on my air conditioning and sit in my home . I'm at work. This is just awful. The property manager, as well as the on-call service is telling me that they don't have to give me notice they can come in when they want if I change the locks they come in by force that they don't have to tell me theyre trying to do things in the house that should've been done before I moved in. They should've sprayed for bugs which I have bugs. They should have traps put down for mice which I have mixes talking about they need to change . They should've done that prior to me moving in here. I only been here a month then they come in the house and tell me because I still have boxes and bags from me moving in trying to get everything situated that I got poor housekeeping, and I need to take care of it immediately. Who are they to come in my home when I'm not here and walk through my house and sit here and turn on my air-conditioning and be comfortable in my home and then tell me that my son can't come on the property to visit me to take me to the hospital or to help me do anything else I'm looking for help to see what can be done about this. I am actually thinking about calling a lawyer and seeing what I can get done. maintenance came in my house left my door unlocked

Horrible place to live. Have rodents that they dont care if they get rid of them or not. Maintenance men are really rude. Just overall customer service, management, and living conditions are all horrible. Never again! Health dept or whoever needs to shut them down. Completely unsanitary.

Since the beginning of July, I've been requesting maintenance regarding air and mold in my apartment. Incident 1 occurred around the first week of July when I noticed that my air conditioner in my apartment was not working. Maintenance was sent to my home the first week of July to fix my air, and the man who was sent to my home simply opened my vents and told me "yup the air definitely does not work." He left and never fixed my air or vents. On July 12th, 2022 someone else was sent to my home to clean out the air conditioner vents. Once the vents in my living room were cleaned out the air started to work, but the air in my bedroom still was never fixed. Shortly after the living room vents were cleaned, my boyfriend and I developed a bad cough in the middle of the night. My mother came to visit a few days later and also developed the same cough. After examining my vents, my mother noticed mold all throughout my closet space and in my air vents. On July 21st, I complained to maintenance how the mold started to affect my boyfriend's breathing and triggered his asthma. July 22nd I received a slip saying that maintenance was here and my vents and filter to the air conditioner were cleaned. However, almost two weeks later there is a dripping sound coming from the vents in my living and bedroom area. The mold has not only spread but the smell of mold is coming out of the vents once again affecting my breathing. I have brought mold cleaner and carpet cleaner, but nothing has helped the situation. I have attached pictures and a video of what I've been experiencing in this apartment and still no action. THIS PLACE BEYOND IGNORNAT AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR RESIDENTS HEALTH!

Everything about this company is just substandard. All the 1 star reviews are completely in line with my experience. I threatened to cancel lease within 1st month due to serious maintenance issues with HVAC. Their convenient excuse for non-responsiveness was covid. Now that they cannot use that it is just total incompetence. Roaches, mice, unclean hallways, rude leasing office (when you can actually speak to someone). They NEVER answer or return phone calls. Wish I had read reviews before renting.
