**BEWARE** - Paid $450 to open pool. No water testing completed when opening pool. In 24hrs, the water was so cloudy that you couldn't see the 2nd step (Sparkle closed our pool last fall as well) Tested water ourselves (next day) using Clorox test strips & photo app to find zero on both total and free chlorine. In addition, our system was not generating any chlorine due to the pool salt level being @ 2000 (chlorinator requires min 2600 salt lever to generate chlorine) Sparkle never added salt or informed us of current salt level due to no water testing) Had to add 3 gallons of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite, 3 bags of shock, 1 bag of stabilizer and 6 bags of salt to satisfy total/free chlorine, PH, alkalinity and stabilizer expectations. Water was finally clear after 2 more days. I called the office to verify what the $450 opening fee covers and management confirmed that it only covers taking off the cover, vacuuming (which was impossible due not being able to see the bottom) and turning on the equipment. They stated that it also covers up to 5 gallons of shock / chlorine (which as stated above, zero chlorine was present the next day). It is impossible to properly open a pool without testing the water to know what chemicals and how much of each is needed to balance the water to be ready to swim safely in. I rarely write these types of reviews but feel the responsibility to forewarn anyone considering to use their services.

I only am giving them a 1 because there is not a 0. I signed a contract with Sparkle Pool for a total rebuild on our pool. They have not honored the contract on several things. In less than a week the liner pulled away from the coping. Had a leak in pipes they put together in 2 days. They charged me for service call before they would even come back. Upon opening they only put in 2 smash bags of shock. And told us to spread it around. And they turned on the pump and dirty sand shot all over the poolfloor and they poured the shock on top of it. 3 days later my pool was totally green. The contract states the had to fix the yard from their machines and trucks. They have not touched it. I have met with the owner 3 times and called at least 20 times. He promised to have it taken care of in a week. That was about 6 weeks ago. You can not even walk in my yard safely. They are always rude and continues to make promises they they will not keep. I have never had worse customer service in my life. I honestly wouldn't trust them to blow up a kiddie pool. I wish I had spent the $40 thousand dollars and paid my house off.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAFTSMANSHIP.
