My son, **** *******, is Autistic, he ordered his meal (See attach documents) from Panera Bread, XXX-XXX-XXXX. ** ******* ******** ***** Suite 1, ********** ********* ** XXXXX at approximately 6:35 PM December 31, 2021. He waited at the window, and noticed his order was delivered on his iPhone. He immediately called Panera Bread, XXX-XXX-XXXX, spoke with someone who answered. This person said they were having a lot of deliveries and he may be late getting to our address. **** kept him on the phone still looking, telling his order number: XXXXXXXXX. This person said to wait as the driver may still deliver his order. This person said to call Door Dash, XXX-XXX-XXXX, to contact the driver, he called and was never able to get through. No one showed up with his order. After a while I told him to call Panera Bread and we'll go to them and pick up his order. **** called back and was told they were closing in 14 minutes. **** never got his order. I want Panera Bread to refund in total his payment. $37.45. Unfortunately, this café is located in Plainsboro NJ which is not one of the cafes we operate. I will forward this feedback/complaint to Corporate for them to re-route this concern to the appropriate business owner to address but this is not something we are able to address for this guest. An employee named Melissa at the Panera Bread Cafe, **** ********* **** *** *********** **** XXXXX, over a period of months has been attempting to prevent my wife and I from using our coffee subscription. She has overcharged us and then denied the overcharging. When I recently made a mistake while I was attempting to place an order with her, she lied about what happened and convinced an assistant manager named Chester to ask my wife and I to leave the cafe.Business response
