    About a week ago, I ordered 3 orders of sushi. Two spicy salmon and one spicy yellowtail. I ate 4 pieces of sushi out of the first order of spicy salmon which tasted fine. I went to eat my first roll of spicy yellowtail and when I bit into it, I gagged at the smell of the fish. It was spoiled, it was sour and smelled rotten! I spit it out and went back into the establishment to ask for a refund for the order of spicy yellowtail that was spoiled, and for the second order of spicy salmon that I didn’t touch at all. I informed them that first the order of spicy salmon that I ate 4 rolls out of, I had no problem paying for. I told them I just wanted a refund for the other two orders and gave them my reasoning. One of the staff members and manager initially informed me that they couldn’t do a refund at all and they could only remake the food, I declined. After asking for a refund profusely, the manager told me that she will be issuing the refund on her end, but since it was a pickup order placed through the website “*******”, I would have to call them and see how long it will take them to release the refund back to my account. She went onto the POS system/kiosk and typed a few things but never handed me a receipt. A day later I contacted *******, they informed me that I would have to get the refund directly from the restaurant since the restaurant was paid directly for the food. I called sushi call back, spoke with the same manager from the initial incident who over talked me on the phone and insisted that she already processed the refund on her end and I would have to wait for my refund from the website *******. The manager did not provide me with a receipt or any proof that she actually refunded the money on the sushi calls end. I believe they just don’t want to refund my money because the manager and staff members were insisting on remaking the food when I said it was spoiled. I still haven’t received any refund for this mess up.
