      On 2/18/23 I ordered a set of Trapezoid mats from Tiffin totaling $1046.00 (Order #****). I paid for the mats at the time I placed the order. I tried several times to reach them by e-mail and phone and received no answer except "I'll look into it". In November 2023, I did reach a person on the phone and was told they have the materials and would make my mats soon. I was instructed to call back in a couple of weeks for an update. I have been trying to contact them and have never gotten an answer. Just today I found out the warehouse burned down. I never received any notification from Tiffin. At this point I am seeking a refund for the products I paid for and have not received. I would appreciate any help in seeking/receiving a refund.

      We ordered mats from Tiffin over a year ago. They never completed the order and have refused to give us a refund. We are a small non-profit youth organization. We have had repeated contact with them and they continuously make up reasons that they cannot give us a refund. For example, the card that was used to make the purchase is no longer active. That is ridiculous. It is still our money and they could cut us a check. I hope you can help us get our money back. This situation has been a nightmare for well over a year.

      I purchased a foam block flooring system on 11/3/23. I was told the designer would reach out to me within a week to confirm the dimensions. No one ever reached out. Tiffin Mats would not return my calls or emails. Finally on 12/29/23 I received an email stating that there was a fire and they could not complete any orders. I have tried to reach out since to inquire about a refund but no one will answer my emails or phone calls. Today my email was returned saying the email address no longer existed and the phone number appears to be disconnected.

      I purchased a wrestling mat online on February of 2023. This mat was never delivered. Despite many phone calls and emails, I was told week after week that the mat would be ready the following week. After three months of this communication, I requested the order be cancelled and a refund issued. I was told I would get a refund. However, despite numerous calls and emails, I never got the refund. I waited until now to see if a refund would be sent, but it was not sent.

      I ordered a gymnastics roller for my daughter on March 18 2023. Order number 3726. Order update number ******. I got an email on may 2 2023 telling me awaiting fulfillment eta week of 6/9/23. I have called 1 time a month basically since July of 2023. I get the secretary and she just tells me to email or leave a phone message for Gerry. I have wrote two emails to gerry@tiffinmats.com asking when I will be seeing my product and never got a response back. To order this product I had to use a check which was sent in the mail and they received and cashed the check already. At this point I’d like my money refunded to me in full.

      I ordered a crash mat from Tiffin Athletic Mats on Nov 28th 2022. Many months passed and I called to follow up. They said that orders were behind, but my mat would be sent as soon as it was ready. Many more months have passed, and when I call they say to email, but no one replies to my emails. I have asked for a refund with no response. Now when I call their number it says that their message box is full.

      Made a credit card charge on Tiffin's website for $2,581 for 6 of their deluxe takedown matts part TD42, which were never delivered. I requested a refund but Tiffin is non-responsive. They do not even have a working phone number. They were apparently running a **** where they would give customer's very long lead times that they would extend over and over again, and then closed their doors and kept all the customer's payments without supplying their orders.

      Paid almost $6K for mats for my gym back in May 2023. Robin specifically asked for prepayment by check. They cashed it immediately on May 30, 2023. Original ETA was July 2023. Robin and Gerry kept pushing back the order arrival time...given the runaround all year long. Just told by the local police that the Tiffin Mat company suspiciously was burned down to the ground a month ago. I have pics of the paid sales order and original ETA and my cashed check...willing to ban with others that were swindled to pursue this case. Been finding out that this has been going on for almost a decade based on investigative news reports and other reports. How is it possible that they were allowed to stay in business for so long and allowed to steal other people's hard earned money...

      Tiffin cashed our check on 5/25/23, of $7,255.00 for 9 cheer mats . I received an email on 6/29/23 that my mats would be delivered mid July. July came and went . I called and called and Robin in the office started to give me an attitude for calling so much asking where my mats where , all she could say was she didn’t have answers for me . When I realized this was shady was when they started not to pick up my phone calls, but they would pick up a different phone number I would call from with a different area code . I asked for a refund , heard nothing back about that either . This is actually ******** because they stole our money!

      I ordered a Flexible cheer Mat, on May 18th of 2022 and paid the amount of $7,021 dlls the same day, my order number is ******. The order was going to be ship to El Paso, Tx 79936 and they said it will arrive in 3 months (August 2022) The 3 months passed and I didn’t have any news, I always called them to ask and they always say the same “We will send you more info to *****************************, call us back in 3 days” but I never received anything so I always called them again and again, then more than a year passed and they kept telling me the same on every call I did; until December 2023 that I noticed they weren’t answering my calls anymore, I search on the internet and realize that the store burn, so since December 2023 I don’t have any information of my order and what will happen with it
