            Scam ALERT, this company took my money for a course I never started. I reached out to them, in a 3 month span and within the date of the course, on at least 3 occasions asking for assistance in logging in, but never received. I contacted them today to see if my payments for the course could be rolled over, since the last loan payment is due in a couple of days, and I was told nothing could be done since course ended in 2021. I explained that I've been trying to get a hold of someone to help, but was unsuccessful. The lady sees that I've sent emails, and said they sent me an email with login information, which I didn't receive, but the lady acknowledged that she she's I NEVER opened the portal to complete the course. She replied "We sent you the information to login", which I replied "If I'm contacting to get login information, wouldn't I login if I got the information?" She deflected and said there is nothing could be done. I never asked for a refund for a $1,800 loan I paid for, on time, from auto-pay, just to do the course, but told no. I have email correspondence to show I've asked for help, yet they offered NOTHING to help.
