First, I want to point out this company did not do my roof replacement. Since my roof has been installed, I've contacted Stephen Lewis Barrett Contracting for assistance twice for roof repairs. The initial company failed to seal the area around the chimney, thus water leaking into my attic. His crew efficiently diagnosed where the leak was coming in from and repaired the area within a couple of hours. (2020). May 3, 2024. I was out back checking the gutter and saw what appeared to be a full sized roof shingle in a strange angle and out of place. I called Stephen to ask for assistance as the weather forecast called for 6 days of rain to come. I received a return call within 10 minutes and he personally with another staff member (Mike) came to my home that evening to inspect the problem. There were 3 roof shingles that he come loose from the ridge (peak) roof. He and Mike repaired the problem in less than an hour and inspected my roof for additional issues, too! I am so grateful for their h****ty and assistance. He would not accept any money for helping me! I wish I would have met Stephen sooner as I would have had his company replace my roof. I would highly recommend this company for roofing work. It's tough to find a company today with excellent customer service with strong morals and integrity! Thank you Stephen and Mike! Sandra J****
