            Horrible. They sell products on ****** and I have been one of their highly unsatisfied and upset customers. Their marketed/advertised product (a large dog bed) was in fact misleading and very pricey. So as any greedy business would do, they expect you, the paying customer, to pay full price to ship back through ****** ***** (which obviously includes FREE returns) and they decide to take that shipping charge directly out of your refund. So you are actually paying twice as much for an item that is too small for a large golden retriever to begin with. It's distasteful, greedy and non compliant. Isn't a company who has partnered with ******, specifically ****** *****, supposed to follow those rules?? Free shipping AND returns?? It's *****, which I already pay for...., so I'm getting raped even more to send back something I won't even use?!?! The product isn't even worth what I paid! You could find it at *******!!!! Give me a break. This business is a joke and they are taking advantage of Prime users which is far from ok. Get this business out of ******.

            In reviewing this ****** order I found the customer contacted us to return they item they purchased. On December 10, 2021 the return was authorized and they were given a UPS label to return the item to us at no charge to them. We ask the customer to please check their ****** account where they will find the UPS label.

            Yes, you did provide a free shipping label only after I had to request that you do so twice. It's still poor customer service for ****** Prime's customers or even a regular customer outside of ****** to have to request that refund. Your company is well aware that you initially chose to charge me half of my refund to ship it back to you. It was a poor way to try to gain future customers.
