This company did a beautiful job on my home. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their home painted. Not only did they do a great job but they were very clean. Crew showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves every day and did an excellent job with painting prep and painting. The bonus is they a more detailed job with the same paint as the highest quote at about half the cost!Perfect Painters & More, Inc. Response

I found Perfect Painters, three weeks ago on the BBB website. Micheal the Owner responded right away and came to our home to access the exterior painting project. Perfect Painters deserves a 10 out of 10- Micheal the owner and his team, are amazing about communication, and customer satisfaction...which can be hard to find these days. His team is very professional and hard working... they did impeccable exterior paint job on our home. We are very particular, and it was perfect. Great results. Very satisfied with the project. The only thing I would say is the communications when you need to contact them. The number they gave me to call if I had any questions never worked for me. No one ever answered the phone when I called during working hours. They are good with text messages and emails. Still totally satisfied with the project! I would give 5 stars if they had a better phone system. Other than that, I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.Perfect Painters & More, Inc. Response

Hi Mr. J****, we certainly appreciate your feedback and will aim to better support our customers. Our automated phone system (Phone Number 410-657-2468) does require callers to stay through till they can select Options and then someone answers or calls back if a VM is left. We have 2 ladies dedicated to scheduling estimates and answering customer phone calls among other responsibilities, so they are often on back to back calls throughout the day. Please know we are here for you. We are so glad you are pleased with the outcome of your project and we look forward to serving you again in the near future!
