I had never owned a fireplace before and wanted an inspection and cleaning. I saw Bob's recommended on a local ******** group and gave them a call. Daniel came out and was very informative on what needed repairing. He showed the video of the areas of concern that he found so I could understand everything. Their prices were wallet friendly, too. Daniel and his helper Mark came by several times to make sure the job got done right. They were very friendly and chipper even if I myself am not much of a morning person. Side note, I had a small tree in the way and tried to trim it the best I could. Daniel brought a chainsaw and took care of it and Mark even took the trimmings to the dump. This was above and beyond what I expected and just shows the kind of people they are. I mean, if anybody is actually whistling while they work like they did, then they must enjoy the job and that shows in the quality as well. Barb at the office was also great and handled all the scheduling and payments over the phone without issue. She even thought to ask about how I was feeling (had my wisdom teeth out). The customer service just cannot be beat with Bob's. If you need chimney services or repairs, I would highly recommend the fine folks at Bob's Budget Sweep!
