              I needed my car serviced due to a faulty AC compressor and upon going to have my winter tires put on we found that the skid plate on my vehicle was never put back on. I emailed the company with no response. I called the company and left a message with no response. I went there in person and was told that part would not need to be removed to change the compressor which is incorrect and they took my phone number and told me they would follow up and call me back and that never happened.

              Awful experience, the customer service was atrocious .. absolutely zero resolution to the issue at hand STILL as of today . There was a recall on the car, and coincidentally the transmission stopped working car was towed to **** end of July .. car was looked at on Thursday Nobody called me so when I called in the part is allegedly back ordered .. Today when I went in to speak with someone they still couldnt help me. been w/ o my vehicle for two plus weeks .. missed a lot of time from work and using my wifes car .. no answers, no potential resolution date the car under warranty and under recall - car is still there - I will to provide a loaner for this inconvenience unbelievable ..Rowe Auburn - this is completely unacceptable business and I am unsure how you thrive
