************************* purchased a 2014 ****** Pathfinder from ** on 09/19/2023, She received an inspection only warranty from **, She purchased an extended warranty from the bank....
yes she has had a few issues, some of them in her head.... she came in on 9/26 having put 658 miles on because a shield fell off, we fixed that. also she said brakes were making a noise... There was no noise. THIS WAS DONE AT NO CHARGE
On 10/25 having put ***** miles on it, she came in again because the check engine light was on said transmission was skipping 1st to 2nd. and struts making a noise..
There was a transmission issue.
Under her EXTENDED WARRANTY which she did NOT purchase from us we called the warranty company, they sent an adjuster out... which took forever. they authorized a transmission, it was then ordered from The ****** dealership. (if they had done it they couldn't even look at it until after Thanksgiving. So We installed it when we received it...and then sent it to the dealer on 11/09/2023 to program as its proprietary and we can not do it. She got her car back on 11/13. THE ONLY CHARGE WAS HER EXTENDED WARRANTY DEDUCTIBLE.
On 11/24 She called and said the check engine light is on. and lagging when stepping on the gas. She made an appointment then called back and said she'd added dry gas and it seemed to fix it. She was supposed to come in to pull the code and didn't.
She called and made an appointment for 11/28/2023
saying she thought she had a bad strut then just showed up on 11/21/23 dropped it off. **** miles to date at this time.
We checked everything over making sure everything was tight...
AGAIN NO CHARGE
She made another appointment for 12/13/2023 for a check engine light and bucking and jolting when driving. And again she brought it in early, She brought it in on 12/04/23 We got it in on 12/07/2023 The check engine light was for an oxygen sensor. the bucking and jolting was from water in the gas still.... She brought it almost empty for us to drive again....We put gas in and charged her. She was ****** to have to pay anything. I tried to explain to her that the oxygen sensor was not covered under her warranty and that she'd have to pay for it....She got all kinds of ****** off and said she was calling a lawyer..
OH and she has put ***** miles on it at this time...
SHE WAS CHARGED $25.00 FOR THE *** WE HAD TO PUT IN IT. NOT FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC TIME...
Now she and her friends are blasting us all over ******** and ****** reviews.
Now I'll address her review, ripping people off for 30 plus years, if this was the case we obviously wouldn't still be in business.. Comparing us to ****************** She can now take her care somewhere else for repairs.. I find the totally offensive and **********..
I've only owned the business for 6 years. So I have no idea what she's talking about her mother ( not sure what this has to do with her issue. and if this is true why did you come here.)
I'm not going to even address the mechanics. give names then we'll talk.
We DO NOT knowingly sell busted(her words) vehicles. We do take accountability and I do not lie (again you've offended me...) to avoid responsibility..
She just thinks everything should be free.. It's not.
