From day 1 it seemed like there was always some type of issue with our build. With that being said I am very thankful for ***** (who has left the company) and *** who did so much hard work building our house and truly made my vision come to life. On the back end of things, it was frustrating. Some highlights included our concrete being poured two feet short as well as the house being framed two feet short. The plumbing concreted into the house on the wrong side and checks being sent out to contractors for work that was never done. Lastly, there were change orders not being billed upfront which left us off budget at the end. The most frustrating part was I was the one catching these mistakes and had no clue what I was doing and not our general contractor, as well when mistakes were found no one wanted to take accountability and just pointed fingers at each other except for ***** who was only 21 at the time I believe. I hate to leave a bad review of a small business but building a house is a huge project and I wish there was more information about this company when I was choosing a builder. Most recently there have been a couple of things they said they would fix and issues with the town still needing documents and I can not get ahold of anyone from the company and when I have been able to I am met with attitude from the back end team who seemed annoyed I was emailing for help on something they should have been 100% been taking care of from the beginning.
