Terrible service. I brought my ****** boat in last spring for a full detailing, told it would look like new. they asked if I wanted the spring service. The serviced it in the fall but said yes to make sure all is ok. Left the boat for what I was told was a couple of weeks. Well over a month I get a call to tell us the boat is done. We get there and the detailing is not even half done. The apologized and said they had staff issues. We left it there and multiple more weeks get a call that it is done. Went to pick it up. The detailing was done. Looked better than when it was left but not close to new. They also took off the decals. They said it was a mistake and would order them again. I asked to confirm the spring servicing was done. Assured yes. To the boat to the lake. Went to start it and batteries were dead. Jumped started and went on the lake. Found out the jet drives were not hooked up and water just pouring into the engine compartment. Took it back, They apologized said they would fix. it. Took another couple of weeks. did get a discount. When we got it back told the steering cables need to be replaced (why this was not found in all the previous times they serviced it i don't know, specifically told each time to go thru the boat in detail for any preventative maintanence). Said they would order the cables and call when in. Never got a call. Went somewhere else to get them installed. Going on a year later and numerous calls,emails about the graphics to say they are not in but it has been close to a year with not resolution. the service manager is now not taking my calls. I can believe how poor the service is. This does not include some other small items not taken care of ******* to all. I would give less than 1 star if possible
