I would advise against dealing with Northeast Bank. They have been a constant headache for our business. We had a business account with them because we live in Western ***** and have a branch within 15 minutes of our home and business. We went in to get checks printed off before our checks arrived in the mail and we were given 5 blank checks from another customers business account. Thankfully for them, we are honest people and would never take money from another hard working family. If these had fallen into the hands of a less honest person, they could have done some serious damage. Most recent complaint is the allowed 33 transactions to go through for $279.17 from ******* Irivng. I don't understand how we can't buy tires for our truck without the fraud **** giving us a call but they can push all of these transactions through without the fraud **** blinking an eye. I asked one assistant manager how this happened and was told "I'm not sure. I don't know how the fraud **** works." Pretty sad when an employee in a management roll doesn't understand processes. They did credit 29 of the transactions back. When the last three happened days later they said we needed to contact ******* Which we have done and got nowhere. The police are now involved and are hopeful for resolution soon. We will be closing out all of our accounts with Northeast bank and not looking back.
