A little disappointed to say the least. I call to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed and they dont take any. Im dumbfounded, what kind of service department doesnt take appointments? Thats a given. You take appointments like any reputable dealer or service shop. Anyways, its early on the call, Im literally confused. The gentleman tells me its first come first serve. What the h*** is that. Then tells me they are 3 weeks out. Ok? Thats fine. I can wait 3 weeks. But wait he continues to tell me I need to have the bike there for the 3 weeks? Again dumbfounded. At this point, Im just annoyed questioning why would I bring you my bike if its just going to sit there for 3 weeks? Its a simple oil change. I went as far to offer him an extra 100 just to get it done. Crickets to think after my experience last year, which was amazing, I get this guy. All I can say is get your s*** together, be organized and schedule legitimate appointments like any normal shops. And to think I was going to buy a new bike from them in the future when their inventory got better. I guess not if I cant depend on them to take appointments to service my bike. This is by far the most unorganized service department Ive tried to use. You cant make an appointment for a set date. Ridiculous! I ended up scheduling an appointment with a shop in ****** that had great reviews. They were 2 weeks out. But guess what? They scheduled an appointment. What a concept! And they didnt request I bring my bike in 3 weeks in advance. Told me to bring it in the day before before the close of business and they will have the work done the very next day. Awesome!
