On April 25th 2022, we had the company come out to repair our washing machine. The repair person did not seem to know much about repairing it. He eventually releveled the legs of the washer and said that would fix it. The next day the washer had the same issue. When my wife called to let them know and ask about the 30 day warranty they offered, the owner got extremely nasty with her, accused her being being rude and said any other work on it would cost more if that hadn't fixed it. When she tried to engage him in a conversation with him, he continued to call her rude, told her everything was being recorded, and hung up on her. I called this morning and kept getting hung up on, 4 times. We then began looking at more reviews of the company, and if you go to Yelp, you see similar experiences and also the owner responding nastily to the reviews. We believe this company may be a scam, where they dispatch local "repair persons" to different locations who have no experience, and then wiggle their way out of doing any good work. We are very upset with our experience and the company immediately cashed our check for $185. We would like a refund of our money.
