      Placed an order for 2 side plates ($84.95) on 28Mar2022. Received an order confirmation email but no shipping status Place a 2nd order (albeit foolishly) for a front plate ($174.99) on 12Apr2022. Received an order confirmation but no shipping status. Tried calling 10X with no answer. Emailed the company 3x requesting a shipping status and finally a full refund. Initially thought the delay was due to supply chain issues but seeing the amount of complaints in the BBB site leads me to believe I will not be receiving my order any time soon. **************** is nonexistent.

      This item was cancelled and refunded as to the fact that we cannot ship to the state of CT.

      I order 2 AR600 11x14 Multi Curve plates along with AR600 6x6 side plates on March 6 2022 through the **** web site. The total of purchase is $399.97 - order #********. I received a confirmation e-mail on March 6 that I would recieve a shipping info e-mail in one to two weeks. Three weeks later with no shipping date, I tried to contact **** through email and phone with no response. Four weeks later with still no response from **** - I emailed and called again with no luck. I finally got login to web site and it does not show my order, but yet they charged my credit card for order #********. I just want what I ordered with a shipping date. I've ordered items from **** in past with no problems. This is disappointing.

      As of now, Sept 2024.  The order history shows this item was likely unintentionally cancelled from the shipstation which is separate from store, and ultimately refunded from our store.

      I purchased two pieces of equipment from this company on 11/8/2021.I paid $229.80 The agreement was I pay money and they would send me two metal plates (body armor) specific with additional Rhino Extreme Build Up Coating.I have made several phone calls that direct me to email them. I have sent 3 emails and 3 messages through their website (a total of 6 written contacts) in the last several weeks requesting my product I paid for. They have not sent my items, though on their website says "shipped." No such shipment has ever gone through the **** evident by this tracking number: #********************** There has been NO attempts on the companies part to contact me or remedy this situation in any shape or form. I have informed them I am contacting the BBB and gave them *********************** They have not. I have been attempting to make contact with them for 15 days (initiated on December 3rd)My order number is as follows: #********
