            Had precision wildlife removal come to our house late fall early winter of 2022 to seal the roof to prevent bats and mice from entering. The installer also put in 3 one way bat tubes which we were told that once it warmed up again in the spring of 2023, the bats would fly out and precision wildlife would come back to remove them and finish sealing those areas. Bats have now been gone and we have been trying to get in touch with precision for over 8 weeks. Emails, phone calls, voice mails, even once getting thru and was told the scheduling **** would contact me. Nothing. Unfortunately the job (2k) was paid in full.             I knew from the first phone call this is a very unprofessional rude company. I called to set up an appointment as I had a wildlife issue. A person answers "Yeah, Hello". I asked if this was Precision Wildlife. The guy says "Yeah". I asked if I they handle my situation. *** says "Yeah". So reluctantly I set an appointment for the following day at 5pm. Dispatcher barely asked me for any info and hangs up. So I have no clue if the appointment is actually set. The following day, I receive a call from ****** at 6:15pm, (Yes, an hour and 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up). ****** says he is on the way. I remark, you are over an hour late. Just laughs and responds (extremely snotty and rude), we dont have set appointments, no one told you I would be there at 5". He went on to laugh again and said, "If you want an appointment you can". I just hung up. I am not going to take rude, nasty, employees who have no clue how to talk to other humans and obviously don't give a c*** If they cannot even communicate properly, how will they solve your wildlife issue? STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

            This is not a customer. This individual never received any services from **. He was told 5pm-7pm and when he received a call from ************** with a arrival time for his free inspection he became extremely rude and hung up on our employee. We value our employees far too much to let someone treat them like this. I have reviewed the recorded call and the phone was not answered rudely at all and our office staff 100% does not answer the phone and say hello. I do have your address. I can stop by your house and talk about it more ****.
