I am writing in response to the customer review submitted by *************************.
************** purchased the Make Lemonade product, model 11YM-300BK, on January 28, 2024, from our website. On February 29, 2024, he contacted a consumer relations representative, reporting that the product was making a weird noise and requested a replacement. A replacement was sent to him on March 1, 2024.
On August 6, 2024, ************** reached out to our consumer relations team again, indicating that the replacement product was also making a weird noise. The representative informed him that we could not provide another replacement as the product had been discontinued and our inventory was depleted.
************** then requested a refund for the product. The representative explained that his request was beyond our 30-day return policy and could not be honored. However, as a goodwill gesture, the representative offered a web coupon for the full purchase price of $24.00. ************** declined the offer and subsequently disconnected the call.
