I ordered my 3 month diabetes supplies in 11/2022. I didn't receive 2 boxes of my sensors. I called Healthy Living and they sent out an order in December for the missing 2 boxes of sensors. I paid my portion on 12/11/23 for $31.55. On my next order in 2/2024, I only needed my transmitter. I received it days later and paid the bill of $129.72 on 2/19/24. Healthy Living proceeded to order the rest of my "normal" supplies without my consent (I am not on auto-delivery) and proceeded to bill me for this. I returned all supplies after speaking with them and was told my account would be put on suspension so it didn't get sent to collections. I have been told this a couple of times and yet my last phone call they sent me to the collection person. I get a different person to speak to every time I call and have yet to have my account balanced to $0. They are trying to claim I never paid my bill in December, but one person i talked to said they double billed me. I never had a bill of the $662.20 until after I had paid my portion for my transmitter in 2/2024. I need my balance cleared so I can end my relationship with them. I have never dealt with a medical supply company so inept and trying to steal money. Very disappointing!!
