Don't know where to start... There were stains on the curtains, bedding, carpet and in the bathtub. There were ants crawling on the carpet in the hallway. There were ants in the bathroom. The wall picture had mold in it. The telephone did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The sink drain did not work. The shower did not work well. There was a large amount of a sticky substance dripped down the front of the night stand. There was piled-up trash outside the door and overflowing trash falling off garbage can. The dumpster was overflowing and there was trash all over the ground which attracted insects and animals. The smell is BAD! The continental breakfast was all processed foods which were unattended, stale and inedible. The coffee was cloudy and tasted like they never clean the dispenser. The employees: Wow! The front desk guy was on his personal phone every time I was up there. He did not stop talking to whoever was in his ear piece to help the customer. The staff were outside smoking marijuana directly outside the doors where guests have to walk to get in and out of their vehicles. The desk clerk approached me (almost in a manic state) and asked me if he could borrow my vehicle. ???????? I approached management about it and they treated me like they didn't believe it actually happened. ?????? Kids and adults were very loud in the hallways and the rooms are just not sound proof in any way. Parents did not attend to their children and they ran all over screaming, etc. NEVER STAY HERE! It is expensive and filthy and NOT WORTH A DIME! THE MANAGEMENT JUST DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE!
