I placed a custom order on June 24th, 2023 and still have not received it. I placed it in a timely manner knowing that there was a ***** day lead time. It has now been months . I have emailed asking for the status and waited for the "24" hour response for 2 weeks. I have also tried to call the only phone number on their ******** page and it's not an active number. I ordered several items before they changed ownership with zero issues. I have an order confirmation and order number and I know they've charged my credit card. This is completely unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I made an order for a client on 7/26/23. My card was charged and still have nothing…no info on the product, no one’s has called to tell me it’s in process. But said 14-21 days delivery. NOTHING! My buddy recommended them to me and he has used them for 3 years… now I’m go ghosted. How do get my money back?Initial Complaint

I placed an order (*********) on 6/30/23 for 5 items and paid $166.45. I received an order confirmation via email and was advised fulfillment would take 14-21 days. This is common as I had ordered from this company multiple times in the past. As of 8/22/23 I have not received this order. Upon checking my account on company website the order shows as ‘paid’ and ‘unfulfilled’. All phone numbers for the company are out of service and emails are returned undeliverable. However the company website is still working and accepting orders. I would like my order filled or money back.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for a 11”x14” stainless steel map of Charleston on June 15th and immediately received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. I tried reaching out multiple times for an update after the 21 business day Lead time. All emails to support are undeliverable, phone number doesn’t work. As a last resort I reached out on Facebook messenger but not feeling confident I’ll get a response. Looking for either the product I ordered or a refund if they can’t deliver. It’s a shame because I bought this as a gift for my sister in law to commemorate her time in Charleston.Initial Complaint

I place my order **-****** on May 4, 2023. I promptly received a confirmation email stating they had already charged my credit card and that there would be a 14-21 business day lead time. That time has clearly come and gone, yet I have not received my item or any other communication from the company. I have tried every avenue possible to reach them and have heard nothing. The email address does not work. The phone number is disconnected. I have tried the "contact us" form on the website and all their social media accounts with no response. I ordered a 24" custom metal sign from Precision Metal Art USA on April 11, 2023. I receive a confirmation email. Four weeks later I checked on my order and told that it was not complete and they would notify me when it shipped. It is now June 2, 2023 and I have received no communication. I have attempted to email but they all bounce back as Undeliverable. I looked at their Facebook page and sent a message with no response. I also called the phone number listed and it has been disconnected. I have paid over $200 and would either like my product or a refund.Initial Complaint

On April 3, 2023, I purchased an 18” copper Tree of Life Cross (Order # *********) on Precision Metal Art’s website, ********************************. The cost of the item, $69.98 was charged to my credit card on April 4, 2023. Almost two months later, I have still not received the item I ordered. I tried emailing twice at ********************************, once earlier in May and again on May 26, 2023, but both emails were undeliverable. I tried calling their phone number, 1-************, but my calls were “unable to be completed”. In the order confirmation email I received (see attached), it indicated, “We design, manufacture, and ship your piece from right here in Central Louisiana” which I thought was odd since their address was, Precision Metal Art, *** ** ******** **., Hillsdale, MI *****. I’ve purchased other items from them in the past and have not had any issues, which is why this is so concerning to me. Please let me know if you’re able to assist in either getting the item I ordered to me or my credit card refunded. Also, please let me know if you need any additional information. I ordered a split-letter monogram from them on April 11, 2023, with Order number *********. I got a confirmation email immediately that stated "Please note, our current lead time is 14-21 business days. If it takes longer than that, it's only because we want to make sure we get it absolutely PERFECT for you". That has come and gone. I have tried emailing them but ******************************** kicks back my emails saying the address is not found. I have reached out on Facebook Messenger and still no response. Also, the phone number ************ doesn't work. They had no problem charging me, but never sent the product. What is going on?Initial Complaint

I have been trying to make contact to find status of my order ********* made on December 6th. I have tried over 8 times and get message cannot deliver "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to ********************************. " your customer service phone goes to voice mail that states its full try later. I realize your under new ownership, but my order on December 6th is an order was made under the new owner. The order was Christmas present for my wife.Please provide the status of my order or my refund.Business response

AGAIN, OUR APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY. WE WERE HAVING REWORK AND REBUILD SOME DESIGNS FOR OUR MACHINES. WE WERE UNAWARE OF AN INTEGRATION ISSUE WITH THE EMAIL UNTIL RECENTLY.
I SHOW THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED. IF SHE NO LONGER WANTS THE ITEM, THEY CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE
