I placed an order on November 8th (Order ********** - November 08, 2022 09:21AM). I have sent multiple emails to and they all bounce back to me with the following error. Message not delivered There was a problem delivering your message to ********************************. See the technical details below. I have tried calling ((517) 995-5050 and 1-888-291-9738) to talk to someone and I repeatedly get the message that the mail box is full. I have left a message on their Facebook page. ********************************************* The business was paid back in November when the order was placed. My request is simple. Either please send me the items that I ordered OR please refund my money.Business response

APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY. WE ARE NEW OWNERS AND HAVE HAD TO LOCATE, REWORK AND EVEN REBUILD SOME OF THE PRODUCT FILES.
THERE WAS ALSO AN ISSUE WITH OUR EMAIL INTEGRATION THAT WE WERE UNAWARE OF UNTIL RECENTLY.

i ordered several products from Precision Metal Art on 11/25/2022 and never received the items. I attempted unsuccessfully to contact the company numerous times but was unsuccessful because the phone mailbox was full and did not allow me to leave a message and my multiple email messages were unanswered. The Precision Metal Art website states they are under new ownership as of 11/2/2022. The items ordered were several weeks after the ownership change date and the new owners are unresponsive to customer questions.Initial Complaint

I purchased 50 customized yard stakes in May. Paid upfront $2500 for them. I purchased 50 signs. Apparently the new owners will not provide me with my lawn stakes. They told me I can get 30% discount. I already prepaid for them. There was a google sheet that was shared with both the company and me. It was deleted. I sent a copy of the transaction from my bank. I purchased the 36” round by 15” high fire pit ring on 9/18 for $299.99. ORDER *********. The item we received came in 4 pieces that were not the correct height (only 14”) as advertised on the website and product had several sharp pieces of metal around the top that were not sanded off and dangerous for our children to be around. Website also never stated this was a self assembly product. When assembled it does not make a circle but has all kinds of waves in it that can’t be fixed by hand. I called and left a message on 9/28 but never received a call back. I tried calling again 10/4 and it says your mailbox is full. When sending an email to the address provided in my order receipt/website/social media I get a bounce back that this email is not found/valid. I am not able to get a hold of the business to get these issues addressed.
