I had Royal Cement come and replace part of the cement in my backyard behind my house in April 2024. They had sprayed a chemical on the cement which happened to hit the entire back of my house and was all over my siding, windows and back door, They even cracked my basement block window. I spoke to the owner *** and he came and looked at the damage and acknowledged it was something they sprayed but was unsure of what is was. He had some of his workers try to clean it off my siding but they could not get it off and ended up doing even more damage to my home with different chemicals they were using . At first he said he would "paint the damage" which i said it needed to be repaired/replaced. I tried to contact the company for months with always being sent to voicemail. I called again and 3 months later the nasty girl in the office said they were not fixing my house and hung up the phone. I had went and gotten estimates to fix the damage by several companies to show Royal cement and even said they could have their own people come out and give an estimate. Nothing. They also left my basement windowsills looking nasty after just throwing concrete by them where the new cement was put. I also have stains on my new cement that was from them. My central air unit was also damaged with whatever they sprayed. I would never recommend this company. They are terrible to work with and do not accept accountability. Now the back of my house is damaged and will cost a lot of money to fix something that was not damaged before they did the concrete work. The new cement is also starting to have little pot holes in it. Royal cement knew and admitted they damaged my house but refuses to fix it. ******************.
