I made a purchase from this company that sells gourmet sweets. However it has been more than 3 months and I have yet to receive my order. Which is already paid for. I have contacted the seller for an update on my order. With no response. I have seen numerous negative complaints about this business on their social media. Where many people have started that they haven't order spanning back to August of last year. I would love to have my order but at this point I feel like I was scammed out of my money.Initial Complaint

They took payment on July 2nd and failed to ever send product. When contacted about it in late July, they said they had too many orders and were just behind but would be shipping shortly. In September, they still haven't shipped and a cursory ****** search shows that this is a problem that has been happening for years which contradicts their statements from July. In July they said "We've been overloaded with new orders recently. With it just being 3 of us, we're working as fast as we can. We also made the decision to stop taking any new orders while we catch up." but I'm finding that exact message that they sent to other customers as far back as 2022, as well as throughout 2023, so clearly it isn't a one-off spike in demand and they are knowingly taking payment without delivering the goods they sell and just use that generic excuse to stall past the chargeback window with your card provider. At this point, I just want my money back, though the fact that they're allowed to continue scamming "customers" is pretty frightening when there's so much documentation of them functionally stealing from people.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Annie Frannie Sweets and they took the money for the order back in October of 2022 but never sent me the product and it is now May of 2023. I repeatedly contacted them through email to see what the issue was and they responded that they had back orders back in November 2022 but as of 2023, they have stopped responding to my emails and refused to refund my money.Initial Complaint

Hello,I placed an order #**** with this company on December 20, 2022 for $54.44.I did not hear anything about my order being shipped so I reached out on 12/29 asking for an order status. They replied back same day that they were backlogged and getting bigger mixers but they were currently working on my batch that week and would be shipped soon. I waited another week and when I checked the status online it said unfulfilled still. They even started ignoring my emails and instead deleted my comments on their social media asking about my status when they refused to answer any of my emails anymore. I again reached out via their contact us on their website on 2/15 to no response. At this point it has been over three months and they have stolen my money and refuse to answer me. What prompted me to file this is that they still are advertising their business and disabling their comments because so many people are out their money as well with no product to show yet they are taking in huge orders with month long backlogs and no response times. It seems very unfair to the consumer who could be spending their money on legitimate businesses instead. They need their adds to be taken down or their wait times to be advertised correctly and customer service to work. All of their actions make me very nervous that they are a good company and if they treat everything else so unsatisfactory I am concerned that their health levels are probably not high either. Even if I received the product I would not want to eat it because I have no trust they follow the correct procedures anywhere in their company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order #**** on 12/8/22 for $52.50. I received half of my order on 12/17/2022 . I emailed them and they replied saying they would ship the remainder of my order. After not receiving the remainder of my order, I sent another email asking when it would be shipped out. They advised that my order would be sent out mid January. I emailed them on 2/8 stating that it had been 2 .5 weeks and no order. They then advised on 2/14 that they had issued a refund and sent an email confirmation. No refund and no email. I emailed them again stating that if they did not respond, I would report them to the BBB. Now they just do not respond to my emailsInitial Complaint

I ordered *********** from Annie Frannie's Sweets on January 9. I have emailed them twice with no response. There is no phone number for them online. I want my $26.49 refunded.
