Putting stop payment immediately on transaction. I was taken advantage of with 5 hours labor and no answers boat still not fixed

Customer came in to pick up boat that we worked on. Below is the detailed correspondence:Issue from customer: Intermittent top end problem. Sometimes it takes off right away, other times he hits the hot foot and it doesn't do anything. Limit to 2 hour diagnostic and the call if we haven't found anything.Correction from Boat City: Test compression, okay and consistent. All cylinders are between 122 psi and 128 psi. Check ignition. Good spark on all cylinders. Took fuel sample, good. Visually inspected engine. Found a couple of ground wires not connected (trim relays and water in fuel detection system) but these would not prevent the engine from operating properly.Ran engine in shop. Could tell right away that it was not firing on all cylinders. Did a drop test on the engine and found that only two cylinders (1 & 4) are firing at idle. At higher RPMs, additional cylinders are firing but not all of them and not consistently. We believe that the fuel injectors are giving the cylinders too much fuel. Confirmed this by adding fuel to each cylinder individually through the bleeders. Each time, RPM's decreased, indicating too much fuel. When engine was connected to the diagnostic computer, could see that the fuel injector pulse width on on section as .6 different than the other two. All three pulse widths should be very similar.Reached customer limit of two hours. Called customer to discuss. Recommended he send the injectors out and have them professionally rebuilt. Also suggested that he may consider sending the *** out to have it checked over and reprogrammed if needed. No guarantee that this will fix the problem. The engine has had so much work done to it that it could be anything, including internal issues. ******** said he had a friend that had the same engine that ran well(donor engine) that he could take the fuel injectors off and the *** and bring in if we were willing to install them on his engine. We said it was worth a shot. He brought the injectors in and we removed his injectors and installed the set from the donor engine. Test ran engine in shop. Still running the same. Checked and cleaned all of the engine grounds. Did not make a difference. Checked each coil output with a multimeter. Output is fine but noticed the engine had a lot of RFI. Changed the spark plugs from BUHW to Mercury recommended suppressor spark plug BUZ8H. Test ran. Running marginally better but not great. Removed spark plugs and sprayed Engine Tuner into the cylinders. This removes gum and varnish build up along with excessive carbon deposits from the rings, pistons, valve, and ports. Let soak for a number of house. Installed old spark plugs and ran engine to burn off Engine Tuner. Installed recommended park plugs and test ran. Seems to be running better but not great. Decided to lake test boat and engine. Under a load, the engine will barely idle in gear. Engine will not accelerate enough to plane the boat. At lake, again added more fuel to the cylinders. This did not help. Returned to shop. Removed donor fuel injectors and installed original injectors.Boat City was in constant communication with the customer about what was happening with his motor. He approved the additional work to the motor with the injectors and ***. Customer is not a authorized ********************** mechanic. He doesn't understand the amount of time involved in the work we perform. He has had the boat for a year and a half and no one can make it run right. We reiterated to him more than once that we could not guarantee it would run better. When the customer came in to pick up the boat, he was very confrontational. He threatened our staff with physical violence and thought he could tell ** what he was going to pay for the work that was completed and that we didn't know what we were doing. The owners response was inappropriate and was embarrassing to the company and its employees.
