            Recent complaints reflect a pattern of similar issues. Specifically, consumers cite delays in delivery of merchandise or not receiving the merchandise already paid for. Other consumers report paying the company $3000 or more for deer hunts that were cancelled and never rescheduled. Consumers also say that they have difficulty reaching the company and in some cases have been told the merchandise is in transit when it really isn't. BBB has notified Team Fitzgerald about this pattern of complaints and we will continue to process any complaints forwarded to our office.

            I order merchandise (deer dander) in October 30th, 2023 for $68.98. It never receive an email or tracking number in 3weeks. So, I emailed the several times and I kept getting the same striped email every time. They company was saying all stock is running 5-7 day behind. Then I emailed the company in May,June, July and August 2024. I have been asking for my money back and they never respond. I have all emails from me and Fitzgerald sent lures.
